This mixed-use project is an innovative transit-based development. It combines housing and retail adjacent to the future Sonoma Marin Area Rail Transit (SMART) station. This rail line will provide passenger train service along the Highway 101 corridor, allowing commuters from northern Sonoma County to reach the Bay area. 125 market-rate apartments in four stories will sit over three levels of parking. A 40,000 SF Whole Foods Market will serve residents, commuters, and neighbors. Delong Avenue Condominiums is currently in the planning approval process with the City of Novato.
