This project includes the preparation of a master site plan, environmental clearance, design and construction plans for the Town of Windsor to expand its Public Works Corporation yard in order to meet the needs of the Town through the year 2015. The project site is located on 14 acres and consists of expanded facilities for personnel and equipment for various public works services such as water, wastewater treatment, reclaimed water distribution, street maintenance, building maintenance, park and street landscape maintenance.
