HKIT is currently completing the construction documents phase of this new
five-story office building for the St. Anthony Foundation in the Tenderloin
neighborhood of San Francisco. The building will house food service and dining
facilities with a seating capacity of 200, medical/dental clinic, social services,
vocational training space including classrooms and computer labs, as well
as administrative and support space. The St. Anthony Foundation is committed
to a green building project. HKIT is pursuing LEED Certification for the 150
Golden Gate Avenue project.
