HKIT developed a facilities master plan for the modernization and renovation of the existing site and facilities at Moreau Catholic High School. The planning process included a review of existing buildings, conceptual designs, and a prioritization process involving all segments of the school community. The resulting projects currently in the implementation phase include a new parking and drop-off area, administrative offices and new 10,000 SF structure to house new library, science labs, film + video arts studios, offices, conference rooms and administrative space. The new facilities will accommodate the integration of technology across the curriculum. In addition, HKIT has provided design services for the renovation of the music room, boy’s locker room and gymnasium as well as theater lighting and acoustical upgrades to the auditorium.
