This independent senior housing development consists of 103 residential units on a 1.15 acre site in Milpitas. The project incorporates the renovation of the DeVries Home, a designated City of Milpitas Cultural Resource, built in 1915. The Prairie Style historic home will be moved to the southwest corner of the site. The design for a new four-story building has integrated the older style of the Prairie house with a more modern design language and has successfully harmonized both the buildings and the site.
